·  Other ages—$310 cash Or ( credit card $320– which includes a processing fee).

·  Less than 10 yrs.– $260. ( or credit card $270—which includes a processing fee) 

Chest Xray fee 

·   ( ages 10 and above)—paid directly to MyHealth center

Blood test and urine test fee

·  ( ages 15 years and above)—paid directly to Life-labs

·  Additional blood test may be required as a result of the examination.
